These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of QRYourCars, including our website, vehicle listing services, QR-code services, and physical QR-code stickers (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Service.

1. About Our Service

QRYourCars provides tools that allow users to create vehicle listings and generate QR codes that can be associated with those listings.

We may also offer physical QR-code stickers that allow individuals to access vehicle listing pages by scanning the QR code.

We do not act as a vehicle dealer, broker, auctioneer, or intermediary between buyers and sellers unless expressly stated otherwise.

We do not own, sell, inspect, appraise, certify, or guarantee the vehicles listed by users.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

By using the Service, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirements and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. User Accounts

Certain features may require you to create an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and current information

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials

  • Keeping your account information up to date

  • All activity occurring through your account

You must not share your account credentials with others or use another person's account without permission.

4. Vehicle Listings

Users may create listings containing information about vehicles.

You are solely responsible for the information you submit to the Service, including:

  • Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs)

  • Vehicle year, make, model, and trim

  • Mileage

  • Price

  • Vehicle description

  • Photographs

  • Contact information

  • Vehicle condition

  • Other information included in your listing

You agree that information you provide will be accurate to the best of your knowledge and will not intentionally contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

We do not independently verify the accuracy of user-submitted vehicle information.

5. VIN Information

Our Service may use VIN-decoding technology to help populate vehicle information.

VIN decoding is provided as a convenience and may contain errors or incomplete information.

You are responsible for reviewing vehicle information generated or populated by the Service before publishing your listing.

We do not guarantee that VIN-decoded information is accurate, complete, or current.

6. QR Codes

QR codes generated through the Service may link to vehicle listing pages.

You understand that anyone who obtains or scans a QR code may be able to access the associated listing, depending on the listing's settings.

You are responsible for determining what information you want to make available through your listing.

We do not guarantee that QR codes will remain functional indefinitely. Changes to the Service, deletion of listings, technical issues, or other circumstances may affect the availability of a QR code or associated listing.

7. Physical QR-Code Stickers

If you purchase a physical QR-code sticker, the sticker will be produced based on the listing or information associated with your order.

You are responsible for reviewing your order information before completing your purchase.

Because QR-code stickers may be customized for a specific listing, incorrectly entered information may result in a sticker being produced with incorrect information.

Our Shipping Policy provides additional information regarding processing, shipping, damaged products, and delivery.

8. User Content

You may upload or submit content to the Service, including photographs, descriptions, vehicle information, and other materials (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of User Content that you own.

By submitting User Content, you grant [Website Name] a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

10. Vehicle Sales
